Secondly, it's a good idea to know what you are signing yourself up for, and once you are signed up - to have a reminder of the rules and expected standards on the forum.

The hosting company 'encourages' you to agree to the items below before signing up for an account:

    - Users will register as JoeBloggs to enable easy identification of people/accounts (Nicknames - if you use one - can be set in the profile section of the forum, or added to your signature).
    - You will treat this forum, admin/moderators, existing members, and future members with the professional respect, understanding, and courtesy you would give them when face to face.
    - It is ok to disagree, or even dislike someone as long as you do it respectfully.
    - The majority of this forum should be treated as if it had an M rating.

This means that it may contain themes that some people may find disturbing.  It is expected that this is limited to adult themes (in the context of wound care), occasional swearing (if you feel it is necessary).  Anything that is considered as nudity, and/or violent will be removed.
    - The Lunch Room, and The Bar are by-enlarge anything goes - judgement free zones (within the confines of legality); that said please keep the lunch room to a standard that you would be happy for your boss to hear/read about it.
